The master plan shows an industrial park sited on approximately 1,350 acres. It consists of 24 lots, including five large lots with potential facilities ranging from 600,000 to 2 million square feet.
Megasite Details (1,350-Acres)
Hydrology: Stream and wetland features have been delineated and surveyed. Jurisdictional documents have been approved by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
Elevation: Overall average slopes from ridgeline to low points range between 2 to 5%.
Slope: More than 80% of the site comprises of slopes less than 10%, which are optimal for development.
Buildable Area: With more than 1,350 buildable acres, this site provides an optimal location for a large-scale manufacturing facility.
