The megasite has direct access to US 64, a four-lane divided highway. View the proposed improvements. The interchange and connector road will provide secondary truck access from the four-lane divided highway to the site.

Electricity: 150MW “with a path" to 300MW 2030; 230 KV power line on site

Water System: 16” line on site. 2MGD capacity

Masterplan

The master plan shows an industrial park sited on approximately 1,320 acres. It consists of 24 lots, including five large lots with potential facilities ranging from 600,000 to 2 million square feet.

Megasite Details (1,320-Acres)

Hydrology: Stream and wetland features have been delineated and surveyed. Jurisdictional documents have been approved by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Elevation: Overall average slopes from ridgeline to low points range between 2 to 5%.

Slope: More than 80% of the site comprises of slopes less than 10%, which are optimal for development.

Area: With more than 1,320 acres, this site provides an optimal location for a large-scale manufacturing facility.
